I’m writing to thank you! We had a large puddle on our pool cover over the shallow end. I called and asked if someone could come to tighten the straps along the shallow end. It worked. It has been raining for the past several days and the water now collects in the center of the cover, under the pump. Success!

We want to let you all know about the fantastic service we just received from Sean, Dustin and the team at DS Pool Service in Royersford. We were making the final plans for our U16 girls soccer team pool party when the pump for the pool sadly took its last breath. In a state of panic given the party is just a few days away we called Sean at DS Pool. He immediately eased our concerns, ran a quick stock check had the pump we needed in stock, and then set about trying to arrange the install. His service guys were of course all out servicing their customers. But wait, we may get lucky if all the stars aligned and get our install done within 24hrs!! No way really!!?.......Sure enough yesterday, as the rain subsided a ray of sunshine in the form a DS Pool Service van pulled onto our drive. Not only did they respond within 24 hrs of our plea for help, but the job was done within an hour!! A number of adjectives come to mind when I think about the folks at DS Pool Service; responsiveness, courteous, professional I could go on but don’t take my word for it, give them a call or go check out their store in Royersford. The Chadwick’s want everyone to know that DS Pool Service make owning a pool less worrying and more fun! Thanks again guys.

The guys at DS Pool Service are awesome. We moved into our new home this year and had no clue what to do with the pool. They came out, showed us all the components and advised us on the chemicals and salt. Knowing we had them in our corner was a huge relief. The staff in the store is incredible too and are always more than helpful when taking in our water samples. I tried going on Amazon to beat their prices on chemicals, but they are not to be beat! Great store, great service, great prices, great people...what more could you ask for! Really happy to have DS Pools in our community.
