Book Pool Service Call

A service call is for an hour or less and does not include parts. We will come onsite, diagnose the issue and advise you as to what needs to be done. Hopefully we won't need any parts and we can fix your issue within the hour,  but if we do need parts or if the resolution takes longer than an hour,  we can supply you the quote on the spot. If we have the parts in stock, we will fix it the same day. A service representative will contact you to confirm the scheduling of your service call!

Pricing and optional add-on services will be displayed within the online booking system. 

 A valid credit card number is required to schedule a service appointment of any type.  Our service crews will not be dispatched without a card on file.  Credit cards will be charged upon the completion of service unless payment has been made in advance by cash, check, or through our online booking system, or at the time of service by cash or check.  If a card on file is declined for any reason, the customer has 10 days to make payment in full.  By providing your credit card number you are agreeing to the terms provided and are authorizing DS Pool Service, Inc. to use the card provided to make payment in full as needed.  If there are any questions regarding an invoice, you agree to contact DS Pool Service, Inc. within 5 days of receipt of invoice.
